Debi has been a licensed realtor since 1999, is a Certified New Home Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative. Debi is a native Texan, grew up in the Dallas area, attended the University of Oklahoma, and spent 20 years moving between Oklahoma, Ohio, Illinois & Portugal before moving back to Texas in 1993. Debi understands the stresses and worries involved in relocating from firsthand experience with over 13 personal moves! Debi specializes in residential home sales and making your move as smooth as possible. In her spare time, Debi enjoys volunteering at a local hospital, making hats and prayer shawls for cancer patients, and spending time with her husband Vince and their chiweenie Chloe.  Meet Vince Maige
Vince has been a licensed realtor since 1990 and spent the first 12 years of his career with Century 21 where he received numerous production awards including the Quality Producer award for excellence in customer service. In 2003 he decided it was time for a new approach and founded Locations Realty.  Meet Don Light
Don came to Texas in 1989 with an extensive background in marketing and sales. In 1991 he purchased Century 21 The Castle Company in Wylie and took an active roll in promoting the area. In 2002 he decided to sell the Century 21 franchise, but continued his support as both an advisor and Realtor. In June 2007, Don decided it was time to make another change and joined forces with Vince and Debi at Locations Realty. Having worked together at Century 21, this choice was a win-win situation!
